  • Islamic Products: Books, Islamic clothing, and any other Islamic products can be returned or exchanged, provided they are in their original unused condition.
  • Electronics: Electronics can be returned or exchanged if they are non-functional or have manufacturing defects. The products must be in their original, unopened condition.

3. Exceptions:

  • Opened or Used Products: Products that have been opened or used, such as cosmetics or food items, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized or Special Orders: Products that have been customized or specially ordered (e.g., engraved names or custom designs) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products with Issues Beyond Our Control: Such as damage caused during shipping or incidents occurring after the product has been received.

4. Return or Exchange Process:

  • Notify Us: It is preferred to contact us via phone or email to notify us of your return or exchange request, along with the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Product Inspection: The product will be inspected upon receipt to determine if it meets the conditions for return or exchange.
  • Refund: If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from the approval date.
  • Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product, unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.

5. Product Exchange:

  • If the product is exchanged, the replacement will be sent as soon as possible after receiving the returned item.
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, the customer may choose another product.

6. Special Procedures for Defective Products:

  • If the customer receives a product with a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, they must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing photos or videos showing the defects.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost for defective or damaged products.
